Ordering

How to order?


First, Let’s Design! You may submit your own design or have your product designed by Let’s Support professional design team at no cost. Email marketing@letssupport.com for more information. Once Approved, Let’s go! After your design is completed and approved, we begin production. You can also request a sample/proof of your product before placing your order. A pre-production sample(also known as a spec sample) is a physical sample of the item you are ordering with your imprint. Pre-production samples are produced in the exact same way as all our products will eventually be produced on large-scale production. There is a sampling and shipping fee for all samples please email ust for more info. Upon approval of the pre-production sample, your items will be manufactured with standard production time. Expedited production service may also be available; just be sure to ask!




How long is production/turnaround time?


Production time is the time from when you approve the design to when you recieve your order. Production time varies depending on the product. Embossed Apparel: 25 to 30 days Beanies, Socks, Scarves: 15 to 20 days Keychains, Patches and Labels: 10 to 12 days




Can you do rush orders?


Yes, we do provide the service of rush order.

What kind of artwork do you accept?


Please send all artwork in vector file format.
