• We will always provide digital mock ups at no cost. Just email marketing@letssupport.com your artwork/design/logo in vector file format. Then once your design has been created by our professional design team, you will receive a digital mockup in about 1-2 days. After you approve your mockup, we will begin production.

• You can also request a sample of your product before placing your order.  Pre-production samples are produced in the exact same way as all our products will eventually be produced on large-scale production. If you would like a sample before putting in an actual production order, we can accommodate your request but we will have to charge a sample fee of $25 per sample. Additionally, if you would like to receive your physical sample in the mail you will need to cover all shipping costs– note that this will add time to your overall production timeline.

• Please let us know if you would like one of our own samples to showcase to your clients or yourself. There is no sample fee, you would just need to cover shipping costs.
